Contemporary photography is a term used for fine art photography from the same period of time we are having now. But there is a little confusion about the term, because there is no fixed period for contemporary photography. So some experts define contemporary photography starting from the end of world war 2 others from the 1970s. Today almost every photographer considered to be important in the last fifty years, is usually seen as contemporary photographer.
